Jay McVey (1922-1981) was born in Ephrata, PA. He was a World War II First Lieutenant Air Force pilot in the A.T.C. Foreign Ferrying Command. Jay painted in more than 73 countries; he had many exhibits including one-man shows at the New York Hilton, Rockerfeller Center; his works are included in numerous collections throughout the United States and Europe.
